I’m an admin and need to cancel a recurring plan for a donor.

1. Visit the Recurring Plans section in your Givebutter dashboard.

2. Locate the donor’s plan.

3. Click the three dots (...) next to it and select Cancel Plan.

⚠️ Note: Admins can only cancel a plan — they cannot edit donation amounts or frequency on behalf of a donor.
