What happens if my recurring donation fails?

If your donation can’t be processed, both you and our admin team will be notified by email.
Givebutter automatically retries the payment three times, spaced 48 hours apart.
If all three attempts fail, the plan will close, and you’ll need to start a new recurring plan when ready.
