To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Select and confirm your refund method. Depending on the items being returned and in accordance to our return policy, you may be eligible for one more of the following refund methods:
- Store Credit: This credit is issued to you electronically via a BF Store Card for future store purchases.
- Exchange: This credit allows you to replace your returned item(s) for another item.
- Original Payment Method: This credit is issued to the original method of payment used for the returned item(s).
- Once you confirm your refund method, you will receive an email to notify you that your return is being processed.
- For returned items that are physical, you may be asked to provide photos of the returned item(s) to process your refund.
- A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email for the returned item(s).
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Once your returned items are received, we will send you an email to notify you that we are in receipt of your returned item(s), pending inspection and approval. Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the refund method you selected for the returned item(s). Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank and can be highly variable.
