How do I reschedule or cancel my coaching/mentoring session?

To reschedule or cancel an upcoming coaching/mentoring session:

  1. Retrieve the booking confirmation email you received when you first scheduled your coaching/mentoring session. If you deleted or lost your booking confirmation email, please contact our support team here to resend your booking confirmation email.
  2. Click on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in you confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your coaching/mentoring session. Please note: Once an appointment is canceled, it cannot be un-canceled (cancelation is permanent).
